My first meeting with Jo Lou something clicked. My second meeting was life changing. I decided last year to make some significant changes in my life. I’ve always struggled with anxiety and depression and finally sought treatment. I went to a traditional therapist and she taught me some wonderful tools that made a big impact on my anxiety. Something still needed to change. I’ve known Jo Lou for years and when she approached me with this unique approach to transform my life, I jumped at the chance. Nervous but excited, I was open to any type of help. The first session was amazing, but the second one -- that day changed my life for the better. I left feeling at peace, with a newfound yearning to live life as a brighter light. I told her that day that the session felt like a massage for your soul. After dealing with some difficult life changes the beginning of the year, I asked to meet again, and something clicked again.
